Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened products.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the item must meet the following conditions:

• The product was received damaged or defective.

• The incorrect item was received.

• The request is made within 7 days of the delivery date.

• The product remains unopened and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@spiritualhollywood.net. Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

• Opened or used products

• Products returned without prior authorization

• Requests submitted more than 7 days after delivery

• Orders damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or customer negligence

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
